This notice covers the intake chat on hiredirectnow.ai. HireDirectNow's full privacy policy is at hiredirectnow.com/privacy.

What we collect

The business details you type into the chat: company, your name, title, work email and phone, and details about the role. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. Please don't share personal details about candidates or anything sensitive.

How we use it

Only to review your job order, follow up with you and run the search if we agree to work together. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it's processed

The site, the AI assistant (Cloudflare Workers AI) and the job order database run in HireDirectNow's Cloudflare account. The AI assistant gathers the details and drafts the summary. A real recruiter reviews every job order.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send through this site for up to 30 days, long enough to make sure your Talent Solutions Architect receives it and follows up. Then we delete it automatically. If we work together, the details become part of our client records under the hiredirectnow.com privacy policy. Chat sessions and abuse-prevention data clear within a day or two.
